Royal Oasis Transportation – Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. Reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

CONTACT US FOR ANY CHANGE IN RESERVATION

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. No refund will be issued.

  • No-Shows: If the passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup time and location, it will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full fare.

  • Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups. However, if your flight is delayed more than 1 hour, please contact us immediately to avoid a no-show charge. We will do our best to accommodate the delay based on availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds (when applicable) will be issued back to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. We do not offer cash refunds. If a refund is due because of service failure on our part (e.g., missed pickup), we will process it promptly.

Modifications

Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Any changes made within 24 hours of service are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

Liability Disclaimer

Royal Oasis Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights, cruises, or events due to such delays. Passengers are advised to allow extra time for travel.

Passenger Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. This includes pickup location, drop-off address, flight or cruise details, and contact information. Failure to do so may result in service disruption or cancellation.

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed a standard amount of luggage (1 large bag + 1 carry-on). Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with oversized items or excess luggage, so we can arrange the proper vehicle.

Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe to the driver or other passengers.
